OurNerd Voice over IP phone systems are designed for organizations needing a fully featured, business communications solution. Each phone system is designed to meet your specific needs and can easily be expanded in the future without needing to replace the entire system. Voice over IP systems utilize the internet, instead of traditional land lines, and allow you to call anywhere in the world at much lower rates.

Our phone systems included up to six phone numbers including one toll-free number. You get unlimited inbound minutes and 4500 outbound minutes. Over 4500 minutes and toll-free minutes costs just 1.5 cents a minute to the US and Canada. Each plan includes e911, directory listing, and caller name. We also offer e-Faxing so you can keep your FAX number without needing a FAX machine.

FAQ

What is VoIP?
VoIP stands for Voice over IP, which basically means your phone service uses the internet to communicate instead of traditional phone lines.
Can I still call traditional phones with VoIP?
Yes, VoIP works the same as a traditional land line. You can call anyone in the world no matter what type of phone service they have.
What happens if my internet goes out?
If you happen to loose internet connectivity you will not be able to place or receive phone calls. However, today’s internet service is extremely reliable and as a fall back your phone numbers can be forwarded to a cell phone or other alternate number.
What kind of internet service do I need to have?
For the most reliable VoIP service, we recommend a cable or fiber connection with at least 5Mb of upload speed. You can get by with less, but you will be limited on the amount of concurrent calls you can have.
Can I still FAX with your VoIP service?
Yes, however, you will be using an online virtual FAX instead. All incoming FAXes will go to your email, and to send a FAX you will send an email to a special address. You can send and receive FAXes to and from anyone.
Will my Credit Card Terminals still work?
If your Credit Card Terminals are internet based, then yes, they will work fine. However, if they are land line based, you will need to replace them with internet based terminals.
Will my postage meter still work?

If your postage meter is internet based, then yes, it will work fine. However, if it is land line based, you will need to replace it with and internet based postage meter.

Can I use a headset with your system?
